Trader tables
If your application is successful, your invoice will cover a single table for 1 trader and 1 Helper. There is a limit of one table per trader due to limited space.
Table specs
Table sizes are 6ft by 2.6ft. If you wish to bring your own smaller 2×2 side table or an extra chair then you are welcome to.
Setting the scene
You can bring backdrops and pull up banners as needed, and items can be hung from the picture rail on the walls. Please do not use sellotape or anything damaging or semi-permanent on the walls.
Trading times
The rooms are available for set up late Friday afternoon and are locked up overnight. Take down usually starts at around 3pm on Sunday.
2026 Trader table applications are now closed.
We will now review all entries and inform applicants in due course.
The final trader list for 2026 will be announced on 20th December. Stay tuned.
